Marc Millan is a pastor, leader, and author who has served in several multisite churches, helping them grow and advance their mission. He brings experience in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and ministry development. Marc is passionate about equipping churches and leaders to thrive. He and his wife, Clara, have two young adult children, Charlize and Lucas.

Brooks Bias serves as Worship & Youth Pastor at Christ Church of Orlando. He cultivates Spirit-filled worship and helps students deepen their faith, build meaningful friendships, and follow Jesus in everyday life. He studied Biblical Theology with an emphasis in Worship Ministry at the University of Mobile. Brooks and Rebecca are raising their two sons, Banks and Collins, together.

Pastor Terra Townsend is the Children’s Pastor at Christ Church of Orlando and has served on the church team since 2003. A Pennsylvania native, she is passionate about helping children know the love of Jesus and grow in their faith. Terra holds degrees in Philosophy and History and is also a Colson Fellow. She lives in Central Florida with her husband, Gerald, and children, Jude and Quinn.

Nicole Jacone has served in Christ Church of Orlando’s Preschool Ministry for more than 15 years and currently leads as Preschool Coordinator. With a background in early childhood education, she is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment for young children. Nicole loves helping each child feel seen, valued, and deeply loved.

Michelle Sullivan serves as Ministry Assistant at Christ Church of Orlando, supporting daily operations and assisting ministry leaders. She joined the church staff in 2021 and brings a heart for service and strong organizational skills to her role. Michelle has lived in Central Florida since 2012 and enjoys life with her husband, Mike, and their two adult daughters.

Susan Kelley serves as the Bookkeeper at Christ Church of Orlando, helping ensure the church’s financial operations are organized, accurate, and responsibly managed. Through her attention to detail, dedication, and faithful stewardship, Susan supports the church’s mission and daily operations. Her behind-the-scenes contributions help create a strong foundation for ministry, allowing the church to focus on serving its congregation and community.

Lance Waldron serves as Creative Director at Christ Church of Orlando, leading the church’s visual storytelling, branding, and creative strategy. He oversees design, media, and communication to ensure every expression reflects the church’s mission and values. Lance combines creativity with clarity to help people connect more deeply with the message and heart of the church.

Angela Doggett Brown is a worship leader, speaker, and encourager with more than 40 years of ministry experience. She has served churches, women’s groups, and faith-based media audiences through leadership, teaching, and discipleship. Angela loves creating spaces where women feel strengthened in their faith and confident in their calling to live fully for Christ.

Christina Flores serves as Ministry Operations & Communication Manager at Christ Church of Orlando. She brings over 20 years of marketing, communications, and nonprofit leadership experience to ministry and aims to strengthen communication, engagement, and community outreach. Passionate about helping people connect and grow in faith, she co-leads Connection Partners and leads two connection groups: Becoming Proverbs 31 and The House.

Mica Clark is passionate about creativity, storytelling, and building meaningful connections. She studied at Lee University and enjoys using communication and creative expression to inspire others and bring people together. Mica loves helping create environments where people feel seen, encouraged, and connected to both community and the message of faith.
